While not to that extent, I understand it. I use to play sports in college and I was shaped like a Linebacker. Then after a while of not doing anything I looked at myself and I was shaped like a linemen. LOL Now I am some place the middle.

Also she needs to stop wearing what the small her wore. Just saying.

if you're getting drunk and staying drunk for like 5-6 hours several times a week that is around 800 calories you are consuming each night, on top of your food intake

if youre doing that 3x a week that's 2400 extra calories which is close to a 1lb/week gain

do that for a few years and you'll put on hundreds of pounds of weight

I'm 30 now. Since highschool, I've put on about 30lbs of fat. It sucks, but at least I've stayed about that weight. So glad I didn't balloon up to 300+.

For reference, in highschool, I weighed 180 - 190, these days I weigh 220 - 230. 5'9" - 5'10".

I read somewhere many years ago, and it may be total bullshit, but that women with diabetes while pregnant have giant strong kids. Of course the kids become much more likely to get really fat themselves later in life (and probably as kids) but that's a potential advantage if you want a future pro-athlete.

Idk. Not only is the average person's ability to lose a lot of weight on their own pretty low, but I'd also wager that less women have transformed than men.

There's also the other fact that a super slim and hot girl is going to get WAY more attention than when she was fat, more than the difference of a fat guy vs the same guy being slim, so the chances that she'll either get overwhelmed with opportunity or go for something she actually wants instead of settling also increases.
