Speaking of showers, the start of a shower can be one of the most awful things. You turn on the water and there is just no damn way to know for sure what temperature the thing is. Maybe you know its warm, maybe you know its cold, but theres just no way to know for certain unless your a terrible person with a thermometer of some sort. But you have to check, and it could be too cold or too hot and that check is potentially the most uncomfortable thing you'll experience for the day. On top of that, consistency from shower to shower is one of the worst things to deal with. It seems like, wherever you go, the water pressure is inconsistent. From too rough too soft you just can never get it right. And if theres lightning, not only can you not really explore, but if you are going to try to brave it, you basically need to take off all your weapons.
