Yeah, the topic title is biased, but it's cleverly biased. It's good IMO.

Anyway, waiting on an answer to my question from last topic. Did Maria's investigations yield where the neck injuries were?

Can we get some of the flooring around the computer/between where Spiral and the explosion were?

Entire front of the neck is sliced, hard to pin down an exact vein as none of you have ability to tell that. It's a freaking huge cut though.

Denied. Even if you have such a kit, there's no reason for this trial to believe that you have any skill in using it. Can you prove you have any skill in using that?

Unless you can predict exactly how an explosion occurs.(You'd have to be the one responsible) You're reaching here pretty badly with your attempt to throw out absolutes. Fragments will absolutely make clean cuts depending on how they're broken. This is pretty bad.

No, I can throw out an absolute because I'm pretty sure it's literally impossible. For the entire front of the neck to be sliced by flying glass from a computer screen is very, very, very, very unlikely.

/ooc/

Not really. If a quarter of the computer's monitor flew at somebody's neck, it'd slice them up but good. The issues here are threefold, though:

A) It wouldn't be precise.

B) It'd be more likely to just decapitate the person hit outright.

C) How the hell would Spiral do this? You need an actual weapon to pull this off. The glass would be jagged and cracked.

On that note, Spiral, would you consent to me searching you for any item that could have feasibly been used as a murder weapon? If you do it, I promise you I will protect you from any attempts at offing you through inaction. I don't have the medkit, but I can try to do something nonetheless.

Uh, close. Being strewn about the room implies that they were near the center of the blast. Books being knocked off tables and shelves would've made the books land close to the tables and shelves - and they probably were, as well.
