Kanji in that pic reminds me of a certain character in Yankee-kun and Megane-chan.

Well, Teddie's a shadow, so that makes sense. And Brosuke and Brotag are young adult males, so I guess aging doesn't really cause much notable differences anymore?

So Kanji unbleaches his hair, removes his ear and nose piercings, wears different styles of clothing, grew enough hair to completely hide if he has a widow's peak or not, changed his hair style, slightly changed his eye color, and wears regular glasses now despite no eye problems and only wearing sunglasses even when he needed them.

Literally the only thing that can even remotely identify him as Kanji is the scar on the temple, but even that's a bit faded faded.
