Cena claimed Lesnar nearly ended his career and even named his new finishing move the "FU" as a jab at the new champion. The feud ended relatively quickly in a match at Backlash when Lesnar defeated Cena. On the following SmackDown, Lesnar returned to his rivalry with Big Show after he injured Rey Mysterio badly during their match at Backlash.
Cesare Borgia (Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood) - was the son of Rodrigo Borgia and a nemesis of the Assassin Ezio Auditore. Like his father, he was a member of the Templar Order. Eventually, he became Captain General of the Papal armies, though he secretly plotted against his father to take over Rome, and all of Italy afterwards.
HHH (WWE) - Triple H made his return at SummerSlam, where he defeated King Booker.[75] Two months later at No Mercy, Triple H was originally scheduled to face Umaga in a singles match. However, at the start of the night Triple H decided to challenge newly named WWE Champion Randy Orton, reigniting his rivalry with Orton that had been interrupted following his injury. Megatron (Beast Wars) - Megatron began with one goal: restoring glory and power to the Predacon race, with himself at the helm. He is willing to risk everything—time, space, himself—if need be. He's willing to commit omnicide if it will further his goals.
Saffron (Firefly) - also known as Bridget or Yolanda Haymer, was a very crafty con artist who assumed convenient identities to commit thefts.
Sandman (Marvel Comics) - A shapeshifter endowed through an accident with the ability to turn himself into sand, he eventually reformed, and became an ally of Spider-Man.
Shooter McGavin (Happy Gilmore) - an arrogant, cocky golfer who is the best on the "Pro-Golf Tour" (fictionalized golf tour based on the PGA Tour). After Happy joins, he becomes jealous of the attention Happy receives, and shows his dislike of Happy being on the tour. He is determined to make sure that Happy is out of the golf tour, even going so far to buy Grandma Gilmore's repossessed house for himself. He gets beaten up and by an angry mob at the end of the film when he tries to steal Happy's prized Golden Jacket. He is the main antagonist.
Zoran Lazarevic (Uncharted 2) - was a Serbian war criminal and the main antagonist in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. A former Soviet intelligence officer turned international warlord and arms dealer, he was capable of unspeakable acts of terror.
