i feel like new characters are goign to do well. I still think Ezio is goign to have a good season.

Commander Shepard will probably do pretty well.

Uncharted 2 and Assassin's Creed II did all right in NCAA Games II (Both games made the tournament with low seeds), so I'm not sure I have high hopes for Drake or Ezio staying in the Top 25 with any regularity.

But Ezio did pretty well on Ocelot, who's been a strong character in both contests, so we'll see.

Yeah, this is the classic "Characters =/= Games" example here, for sure. Of course, Persona 4 probably doesn't make the Final Four without some..."questionable" activity.

the only mistaken inclusions I made in my rankings were Professor Oak (a filler spot) and von Karma, who did so badly last contest I literally forgot he was in it

also I intended to rank Ocelot, but I think my accidental double inclusion of Ammy took his spot

Your idea of merit is strange indeed if you think you're rating based on merit because swirl and I could never for the life of us figure out why the heck you ranked some things the way you did all throughout NCAA Games II, like ranking HL2 in the top 15 for weeks on end despite literally having done nothing to deserve it (Hadn't beaten ANY quality opponents, poor SoS, bad conference), especially above Melee, of all games.

Couple bad losses and some matches that shouldn't have been that close. Laharl was so close. Poor Shadow Bombplex is packed with amazing characters who likely won't win a single match due to bad taste.

Laharl and Zack are equally good characters to me. If Zack unFair didn't recently win Save MY Final Fantasy Character, Laharl could've won! Alas, it was a fine match where either victor is satisfying.
