I guess I'll go over the few variants I used in Umineko, too. NFL was mostly standard and all of the details are on the Mafia board there, though

Ninja Janitor - 1 shot of each, must be used together
Town Jack - Scan/Save/Kill/Block
Mason Recruit - 100% recruit Town, Die if recruit scum
Illusion - Odd numbered nights, he had to kill. Even numbered nights, he could choose between Kill or one use of Innocent Scan (For just the night), Commute, or Name Scan. SK win condition

Transformers:
The Inventor only had a 75% chance of succeeding at inventing something and could invent either a Bus Drive, Vig Shot, Doctor, and Name Scan.


Fire Emblem:
The index has Luis as Mafia 1 Jailkeeper which is right but the role was actually called Morph(Mafia 1) Magic Seal.

Mafia Blackheart - Was given a list of scanners that may or may not have been in the game. Every night they could choose how they scanned to each of these scanners. (note: wouldn't work with either of the Jack's scanning abilities)

Mafia Kidnapper - Same as in Ed's Summer Contest

Mafia Jack - Unlimited Detective, 1 use Assassin, 1 use Janitor (Detective will get back "Blackheart")

Town Jack - Bus, Watch, Morph Cop Scan (Morph Cop scans the Blackheart as morph)

Town Angel of Death - 2 shot Vig. If he he is lynched and still has a shot left, he becomes a Target Bomb. Also had the option of using up both shots to Assassinate one person.

Commuter - Became Untargetable rather than BP during the night.

Pretty much in terms of players. Thinking about playing Mafia again sometime, but I don't if that's just an idle workweek talking (only 18 hours, all this weekend, but at least seven people leaving box office so I expect 30+ hour weeks soon, plus a new system implemented Monday that I haven't done yet and need to learn during my double on Saturday) or just a desire to get back in the swing of participation. Plus, The Wire Mafia. Can't miss out on that.

Yeah, I'd have no problem doing that. I didn't see a need to mess with the archived topics on the mafia board since they're not going anywhere.

For index stuff, there were several replacements in Touhou mafia that I guess didn't get recorded. I know I replaced Sceptile as vanilla, Caelus replaced JDizzy as vanilla, and Fett replaced shadosneko as miller. Don't think there were any more.

Mafia Jack: Detective, Doc, Frame/Scan Reversal, Paralyze

Independent Vengeful Unfinished Masterpiece: SK that naturally scans inno, if previous night's kill is successful, may steal night actions/abilities of that successful target to use the next night in addition to the kill (up to 3 times). (Cannot gain extra kills this way, although stealing assassin would make the kill unblockable. If stealing mafia's powers, scans guilty.)

Town Jack: Scan, Save, Block, Kill
Town Vig: 1 shot
