I picked up a $20 PSN card last week because the PSN Blog promised a $15 Rayman Origins PS+ special yesterday, and since that sale has been cancelled, I have some spare money in my wallet. There's a huge Ubisoft sale and this game looks like a good buy for $5 - has anybody played it?

I might also pick up From Dust if the PS3 port is any good.

Did they patch out the freezing? Or is it only a 360 thing? Because that was a major flaw.

If it's in there, then it has two whole flaws. Otherwise perfect, though!

It was a pretty common problem. It froze more often than it didn't for me on that god damned train level. Sounds like it might have been fixed when they released the DLC, though. Need to replay it, I think.

I never had trouble with freezing, but I got it after the DLC came out, so it might be gone.

I think the DLC did include a patch for a number of things. I remember I gave up playing because the enemies took forever to kill, and then when I tried it out again after getting the DLC they died WAY faster. And it wasn't like I forgot to level up and then I did, the difference was immediately apparent upon first loading my save.

I could be crazy but I think before the DLC (or some post-release patch), all those stat ups that the food gave you weren't actually being applied.
