I'm totally fine with 2 guns at a time!

Fits the more "grounded into reality" approach.

I'm disappointed Giant Bomb has a review up before a quick look. I thought there was going to be one? Or are they avoiding it for a more story driven game like this one?

I'd rather see a MP quick look over anything else

Quick Look made it look like it's worth trying out. Wish they would have mentioned the MP though since it looks like something that has never really been done before (in terms of, at least, bullet time in MP)

Historically, shooters have always been some of the most gameplay-centric games, where controls and level design mattered way more than presentation.

Re-playing through MP and I'm hoping they bring back the graphic novel cutscenes, I love those things.

They still are. But it's undeniably more satisfying to shoot dudes when there are detailed damage animations, and guns that sound impactful. In Max Payne 2, it's definitely a good game but the guns just don't sound very powerful.
