After keenly observing that there were 64 tracks on the Chrono Trigger OST, which is of course the magic number, it seemed only appropriate to do a tournament of the songs from the game. Typical tournament rules. Everything should be rather self-explanatory. Matches last 24 hours or until I am available to tend to them, whichever is greater.

C. In an amazing come from behind, Crono & Marle just sneaks past Remains of the Factory, 9-8.
D. Last Battle easily surpasses Determination, 14-2.

14. Rhythm of the Wind, Sky and Earth ~ World Map Theme 5 - Battle Theme is my least favorite battle music on the OST. A pretty average, although close, match.
6. Bike Chase - Easy match. I don't really like Underground Sewer.
10. Delightful Spekkio - A tough match, but I have a soft spot for the master of war and his theme. Also, Shot of Crisis should have been 40 seconds shorter
2. Corridors of Time ~ World Map Theme 6 - Best song on the OST vs fodder.

3 (Hard not to like that battle theme)
6 (I hate basically everything about the bike chase from how goofy it is in an otherwise serious game to that awful robot bike to how there's absolutely no reason to play it outside of the one time they force you to, but it has good music)
10 (It is IMPOSSIBLE to listen to this and not be cheered up)
2 (Nothing to say here)

I'm really looking forward to the second round of matches. First round was good, but the obvious fodder got a little old and I'm glad we're past them now.

3. Battle Theme (not really a fan of the battle theme by any means, but still)
6. Bike Chase (pointless fact: on my first run of CT DS, I got the 777 score purely out of luck on my third try)
7. A Shot of Crisis (easier match than I expected it to be)
