Never been so happy to beat the first level of a game in my life. I burned through all my healing items during that boss fight and was not going to be happy if I died.

Aside from the combat, my favorite thing is the bosses. Some are absolutely amazing, and there really isn't a bad one in the bunch. Well, except for Leechmonger, he is kind of lame.

Yea. I didn't really struggle with the boss, it was more of the chance that I might have lost everything if I had died.


Random question: If I had died there would the door have remained open?

Yes. Any shortcut you open, stays open. Unless you go back to close it or something, I don't remember if you can actually go close them or not though.
