Last week I called and yelled at them about how much their service sucked and they insisted it was on my end.

I refused to pay. They turned off my service.

BUT THEN I was talking to a bunch of my neighbors who have been having the same problems as I've had with dropped and/or ****ty service and so five other people on my block called in to Comcast and cancelled their service.

On Friday they came out and replaced a butt ton of wiring. Today I got a call apologizing about the mix up and offering me a lower rate and not having to pay last month's bill.

Now to see if lolcast keeps lolcasting or if they actually fixed anything.
