Wait how exactly does that story sync up with the ancestor stuff

so like at the time Marquise was doing her thing the signless was doing his

then what about the second part?

Does it go something like (using troll names that ancestors are I guess?)

Troll group apparently tried before and ****ed up bad or something?. Chose to get a redo but forget what happened or something (something with Lord English or a denizen?)

anyway Alternia is not so peaceful (hierarchy or whatever now?) the Signless (Karkat) leads a Revolution but is taken out. After that Vriska's stuff happens with the Summoner (Tavros) etc?

Then I guess after Vriska's journal stuff Karkat is back and raised by Kanaya. Starts group up again (Terezi supporting him I think) along with Sollux and Nepeta (who was in love with Karkat)

Karkat taken out again Nepeta is spared by Equius

Gamzee = Highblood (or whatever) / subjuggator?

I think only thing you missed is that the bomb Rose and Dave had actually created the Green Sun. Which a lot of people didn't get at first. And yeah, they went God Tier the same way Aradia did in [S] Wake, by standing on those crypt things in the core of the planet.

I'm not sure, actually. It kinda hints at Davesprite making a sacrifice, and at the time we thought it meant that Davesprite would die delivering the bomb. But obviously that never happened, so it could be something different that will happen in the future.

alright before I make some quick current troll rankings just want to see if I got what happened in Cascade down

John goes to do the scratch

Jack brings Jade to the bed thing (which I guess causes her to fuse and go god tier) and then proceeds to use that teleport plant thing to go where WV is

"current" Jack begins messing up where WV is

white king shows up with book which I guess is important but Jack shows up and causes shenanigans roflstomping everyone except the new queen / mail lady.

mail lady puts on ring and goes mega mode to fight "current" Jack who had used a teleporter in one of those ship things to go to the trolls place?

Rose and Dave have da bomb and are ready to set it off at the core of derse which I guess they are flying into the green sun. The bomb "opens" showing red and blue which are both getting messed up or charging up or something (SS shooting Snowman or something also causing this?) For some reason they go god tier because of the similar beds in the core of Derse? Upon blowing up / charging into the green sun?

god tier Jade fulfills promise to denezin by literally taking all the planets with her on a ship back through the wall thing (I assume meaning travelling back or something?)

etc?

Am I missing stuff or whatever?

also what did some of those scenes mean like Dave was talking to Rose about being hit with the yarnball or whatever (was that talking about him going to sleep on the super bed or whatever and not being left behind / rose stealing mission?)

hmm I guess the creating green sun makes a little sense due to thow the scene played out (hinting derse "exploded" then BAM green sun which dave and rose are hovering over with Sollux and Aradia)

but I thought Dave made a map to guide derse (or derse moon I think?) to the green sun how did that work then if there was no sun initially or maybe thats the point (since Dave and Rose seemed to go "wtf?" when there was no sun in the scene with them.)

The Green Sun was always there, otherwise the First Guardians and Jack would have had no powers. Time doesn't work normally in the Furthest Ring you know, so Dave and Rose somehow created the sun at something like the beginning of time.

Also, the red and blue liquids were the remains of the trolls' and humans' universes. Green Sun is twice the mass of the universe, remember? Since Doc Scratch is on Alternia's moon, that means he was literally inside the bomb that created the Green Sun. In the following flash, Scratch's tower is floating inside the Green Sun, and since the universe is destroyed, Lord English can come into being. This is what kills Doc Scratch.

Remember, the good doc never lies, except by omission. He said that destroying the sun would kill him, but that it's not the only way. He also said that the bomb had the power to destroy the Green Sun, but not that it was actually his intention. Basically, he suckered everyone and his plan was always do create the sun, destroy the universes, and bring Lord English into being.

Yeah there's a few conversations like that we never fully saw and probably won't ever come back to. Aradia and Scratch had a similar one at the end of Hivebent and one of John's early conversations with Karkat was dropped randomly. Who knows though.

Don't go on formspring until catching up completely, imho. You can read the posts he make about Cascade, though. He pretty much explains what just happened in Cascade, but you pretty much got all of it.

Act 6 is still in progress, and it's supposed to be the last major act of Homestuck. There's nothing like Cascade in it yet, but there is good stuff.

Act 6 isn't as epic as Act 5. But there are some characters that are really, really good in Act 6.

So, quite long, and we're only on Act 6 Act 2... out of 7.

Hussie said it would be around the size of Act 4, but he has since gone back on that and now it seems like it might get even longer than Act 5.

As for the Gamzee/most important character thing... the main theory is that it refers to Cal, who Gamzee was holding when that quote was dropped. Cal has been present for pretty much every major event after all, and is also part of Doc Scratch and Lord English.

We're on Act 6 Act 3, actually.

Also, there were more intermissions between Sub-Acts 1, 2, and 3.

1 TEREZI PYROPE: Man it was tough deciding between her and Karkat for top spot both are freaking awesome / probably best in Homestuck. Terezi intro scene was the best with her little RPG trial and her whole coin flip thing. She basically gave the vibe like she could have been leader if she wanted and step up when she needs to (looks out for group etc). Her shenanigans in general were awesome / fun (like her dance GIFs that she sent to Dave etc ). Also her memo room name / shenanigans there (Rainbow Rumpus Partytown and Karkats other link to it XD) It was tough but Terezi gets the slight edge over Karkat for top spot with the bonus points she gets for being my patron troll (Libra).



2. KARKAT VANTAS: Tough and was real close for top spot. Karkat has a ton of great moments and shenanigans throughout Homestuck. Karkat's memos (along with yelling at himself), Karkatface, and gradually becoming a better leader / person instead of a ****ass to everyone etc (becomes friends with John etc). His "battle" with Gamzee was funny as well (also Karkat's freakouts). DEAL WITH IT *******S!!!!!!!

3. TAVROS NITRAM: Man I feel bad for Tavros. The guy just can't catch a break. Basically the nicest troll of the group and gets along / helps just about everyone. He gets tortured by Vriska because she is tsundere for him or something. His shenanigans with his robo legs were fun etc. I like this guy and felt bad he didn't kick more ass / got screwed over so many times. Don't worry Tavros you catch a break by making the top three spot. Also RUUUFIIIIOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (plus tinkerbull lol)

4. VRISKA SERKET: Spider*****, Spider*****, does whatever a spider***** does. Probably one of the weirder placements like Gamzee. I didn't like this ***** at first. Torturing Tavros (one of my favorite trolls), basically being somewhat behind the Jack Noir problem all to just be the "hero" of taking him down or something along with lots of other stuff. However this may be the reason why she is ranked so high. She tends to get you pissed at her at first making her somewhat interesting compared to some of the other trolls. As it goes along her plan is still stupid but it gives a vibe that she wants to be good (or this could be an act but whatever, based on her conversations with John etc she wants to be good etc) / help everyone etc (she also seemed to regret the Tavros stuff <shrug>). Her time with John was interesting (along with possibly loving John by the end of the shenanigans or whatever). She also had lots of other cool / funny scenes (crush on Nicholas Cage scene, her showdown with the coin toss scene, etc.) She is also a gamer which is cool. Lots of screentime (which helps her a lot) and she also gets some bonus points for the pirate stuff (but some taken away due to the Terezi stuff along with some other stuff etc). Nice job with the ranking Vriska you lucky son of a *****!!!!!!!!

5. GAMZEE MAKARA: OK Gamzee was one of the weirder rankings. Initially he was going to be near the bottom was kinda meh with his intro and stuff he was doing. Didn't really care too much. He was ok..and then he got sober. At this point Gamzee soared high in the ranks with his terrifying scenes and just kicking everyone's ass. His scene with Equius was one of the best and he was freaking creepy. However most of his time was when he was high so hmm...also this vid helped with rank

6. NEPETA LEIJON: One of the lesser shown trolls but I liked her. Her shenanigans with Equius are fun (like that little POUNCE scene) and other stuff like her shipping wall etc. One of the nicest trolls along with Tavros etc. She also somewhat reminds me of my sister a little bit...must be the whole cat / tiger thing along with the drawing stuff. <shrug>

7. KANAYA MARYAM: Had lots of screentime and some fun scenes like the
bull****ometer etc. Also had a kickass weapon etc. She kind of reminds me of Rose who I am not too crazy about but meh. Oh Kanaya although you and Rose's articulate and verbose manner of speech agitates me at times (sometimes not) you are still quite ok / good =P

8. SOLLUX CAPTOR: Also meh for a good portion, but at least somewhat humorous. Plus his CSI Miami style quotes at times were cool.

9. FEFERI PEIXES: Upbeat and one of the nicer trolls. She has that fish pun stuff going on.Hmm...<shrug>

10. EQUIUS ZAHHAK: I dunno didn't really care much for him. Minimal screentime I think. Gets some points for some funny scenes (which basically involve him not saying anything and reacting to scenes / events. Examples like when Aradia started beating him up and when Aradia blew up.)

11. ERIDAN AMPORA: Meh not to fond of Eridan. I mean he kind of made me think of if Invader Zim (could imagine him with Zim's voice) met Harry Potter only...I dunno minus the awesomeness. Got turned down by like everyone, moaned a lot blah blah and then went ape**** and not in an epic way like Gamzee did. Plus small amount of screentime

12. ARADIA MEGIDO: **** she was a ****ing downer for the most part. Just kinda meh the whole time up until she went fairy mode / god tier she will most likely rise in ranks though.

hmm yeah I can see that though she was nice and helped Jade etc (unless something else is going on). Guess it didn't bother me as much. Didn't really care much for her and she was one of the trolls with little screen time <shrug>

do the trolls show up a lot in ACT 6? Might update rankings when I fully catch up (although I doubt the top ranked ones are going to change much but who knows. Thinking about it Aradia probably should have been a little higher / not last for her scenes with the hat / when she was messing around and not being meh etc. (basically when she went god tier and the flashback scene) Its just the majority of the time she was around she was mehhhhhh / bluhhh =P

since i was born on the cusp, both terezi and vriska are my patron trolls ^___^

anyway, yes, the trolls appear in act 6 some. you might like aradia some more then, maybe not. i would consider her average more or less, but this is a ballin' song.
