You can hide topics that contain a set of words or something.

Like "Save My" topics, for instance.

The front page always look so small when all of them are gone.

Highlighting > Title contains: "Save my" > Remove topics

Problem is it doesn't fill up the page with otherwise page 2 topics, it just leaves you with half a page. 20 is what I had set, am now left with 9.

It doesn't always take effect right away, I've seen Mafia topics appear before for a half-second before it kicks in.

Not that that's too much of a bother.

Ignore listing users themselves works simply enough though, unless there's a limit?
