This was my first semester of never having a sleep-in day, how am I going to function when I have an actual job and aren't allowed to take naps >_>

I just wanted to snipe that one before someone else said it.
But seriously though, that is definitely going to be an issue. I have somewhat similar problems in that I have a really hard time falling asleep although I've somehow managed to go several years working full-time. (Thankfully I'm not almost entirely a full-time college student. Man is it better or what when your jobs consist of crap pay doing crap things at crap hours!)
I haven't tried it myself but melatonin is always recommended around here. I know that's technically more for 'help yourself get to bed' like the deal I have going on, but I think it might help you feel super well-rested too.
From: BBallman7 | #011 If you're serious then go to a sleep study, you probably have sleep apnea or something along those lines.
I might have to try this over the summer

Never eat in the last few hours of going to sleep is a big one
it's one I never manage to do myself >_> I can't fall asleep without at least a semi full stomach because all I think about otherwise is how hungry I am

I'm suffering, too, OP. I just started a full-time job last week, an 8:00-4:30 position, but since I'm so used to sleeping in from my years of working off-shifts, followed by a long period of unemployment, I'm forced to drink 5 Hour Energy in the morning just to get me to 12:00, when my body finally wakes itself up.
So that's my solution to you: energy shots until your body adjusts.
If your sleeping poorly and taking naps try to stop taking naps. (this was my problem, taking naps made it nigh impossible for me to fall asleep at night, but now it takes like half an hour tops.) This also includes going back to bed right after you wake up.
