It was an old man of about 50 or 60 years. He said that a professor from my college might have been poisoned by his own colleagues for not approving a plan to raise fuel price. ...what the heck?
Natwaf_akidna posted... There were 2 girls roped into the presentation, and they seemed to be interested. Then again, they might just be acting polite.
Hmm... now that I think about it, I guess it makes sense why he'd think I'm easy pickings. Wrong kind of quiet guy though. I see. Yeah, I tried to be polite too.
Oh, so you look like a quiet/innocent guy? Huh.
SecksThaNemesis posted... From: CoolCly | #002 Well obviously there is a conspiracy afoot at your college.
Only you can solve it. This. What leads do you have to go on? Well, the professor was 51 years old and died by asphyxiation while mountain climbing.
Did you show interest in his idea? Please tell me you showed interest in his idea.
If you didn't show interest, they'll assume you're in cahoots with his colleagues and that you dismissed the idea because you hoped to make the man doubt himself and throw him off the trail.
I guess you're new to this, but it would be a shame if you got pulled into this unprepared just because you didn't know the right way to respond in these situations. If it is too late, I can offer some small help, but you don't know who I am or where I'm from, alright? I'm just some person on the internet and you don't have information to share about me. Practice that exact sentence until you've got it memorized.
