We've seen some footage of the engine, just like soldiers and stuff, though the game could be anything. Likely not MGS, but you never know. What do you think it'll be folks?

It's a rhythm action game in which you play as Kojima himself. You have to time your car horn honks in traffic to the tunes on the radio or else your tires go flat due to a curse applied by a Tibetan shaman in the 1970's. Also the Vietnam War starts up again.

Why? We already know MGS5 proper is in development. Kojima's also working on a new IP, which is likely this.

Possibly, but he's talked about Project Ogre being an open world game with less emphasis on cinematics.

This Hideo gent has been talking about doing an original game forever, so I'm betting Project Ogre will be an original thing. Though a plot twist could always occur with ol Hideo.
