I feel like Celes was trying to lead the group to Ishimaru's body, but she seemed outright surprised when Yamada kicked the bucket. I'm pretty sure that there are two murderers.
My hunch is that Yamada was the one who killed Ishimaru, but I'm completely stumped on Yamada's death...

Our resident Fortune Teller probably killed Yamada. As was pointed out, the hammer near Yamada's body had no blood on it, in contrast to the other he'd been hit with. This means he was killed with a different method or weapon.
No, I think the SA guys are right on the money when they point out that Ishimaru had a blood trail indicating his body was carted off, while Yamada's blood is undisturbed. Yamada's not dead yet. And I'll agree with theory number 2 that Hagakure himself is the real second victim.

I won't abandon the old theory. Yamada was faking dead (not just like 'unconscious but moments away' as presented here) and then got 'rekilled'. Erika would be proud.

Nothing too unexpected there. Ishi died before the whole business with Justice Robo. Celes and Yamada planned the whole Robo thing. Celes leads the group to Ishimaru's body; meanwhile, Yamada fakes death. Celes finds a way to get everyone out of the room, Yamada rises up and goes to the third floor. Takes Ishimaru's body along when everyone's down in the infirmary. Goes into the art room.
Now either Yama is still alive (doubt it given that we allegedly see his last moments, but who knows. It's hard to not die instantaneously by a strike to the head, so the whole 'final words' thing sounds fake) or either Celes/Hagakure killed him while everyone was searching the floor for the bodies. I'm going to say Celes for now, but again, it's a bit simple, so I'm not too confident in my theory right now.
