did they fix the final dungeon in the PSP version?

I found no issues with it, so I guess they fixed it.

The final dungeon is still a trainwreck with damage floors everywhere and a terrible map. I pretty much had to stumble through the last few areas in the dungeon to get to the final boss.

Easily the worst SMT game I ever played. I didn't play the Snow Queen quest but the battle system is so annoying I don't want to bother doing it anyway.

EDIT: Bloody Destiny is probably the best thing about that game. It's a great boss theme, shame it's in a terrible game.

There's that, yes.
However, it's really the dungeon just before the final one that's the hardest part of the game.

Man, if you thought Persona 1 was playable, you'll probably find Persona 3 and 4 God's gifts to gaming.

I mean, I absolutely love the SMT series, but I just can't deal with that game. The one positive thing that I'll say about it is that I like the existence of the Snow Queen Quest, which basically makes it two games in one.

Um, there's an ability that makes you immune to damage floors, so that's really no big deal. I thought the final dungeon had a nice map, probably the best dungeon in the game. And you couldn't save inside in the PS1 version? I would've had to grind outside, I guess...

And I'll get to 3 and 4 soon enough. 2 comes before them, though. :P

It's a good game, really... Not without its flaws, but I certainly didn't expect to see such backlash against it here. I guess later Personas must really be something else for this to be so disliked.
