He's a local artist somewhere in Colorado, who a college buddy's friend had introduced him to one summer.

So yeah, obscure. I love everything he puts out though. Definitely recommend checking out his album and EP if you like his style though. Very DMB/Jack Johnson-y.

EP is better than the album imo, but you should check it out anyway. It has a few tracks that are absolutely ridiculous.

I normally don't like hip hop covers put into a folk jacket, especially when it's a white guy covering it because it seems quirky

it still was but I can't deny the technical skill and musicianship that went into this. Good cover

Not bad, but, like Cokes, it was really hard to hear him, at least until he got to "turned pop or the the Firm flopped," then it got easier. Still a little low, but what I heard was good.
