The only way this is wrong is if you only saw the Japanese version/read the manga, since Yusuke is so bad in those. Otherwise, pretty much anything is acceptable.

Every time we have this topic we all pretty much agree that they are all so amazing that no one can be faulted for their ordering.

Mine, for example is Kuwabara > Kurama > Yusuke >= Hiei

Maybe when I rewatch it!

So far the only ones I've come across are Botan and (I think) Genkai

And little King of Hell but he doesn't matter.
