It's not even Patcher that's the dumbass-iest here (though I don't think what he's saying would happen at all), it's this "Brad" chump writing the article that says what Patcher said is actually happening.

well, i for one will not stand for this.
instead i'll propose the followup: as a result of gamestop possibly-but-not-really-doing-dumb-things-with-their-business based off of sony's possibly-but-not-really-doing-dumb-things-with-their-console, sony will retaliate by forcing gamestop to recall every game they have available for a Sony system.the catch is gamestop will have to foot the bill because it will be something added into their contract tomorrow and retroactively affects everything the store is allowed to sell.

sony, when pressed for comments, will state "that without the Playstation brand there is no gaming anymore - it's really just Stop." they will also revive Funcoland for a dedicated business chain and partner with Best Buy and form the BuyStation (BS for short), a one-stop shop for all things Sony.
