As most of you are aware, these contests migrated over to b8 mid-way through the Normal contest, which means Bug, Electric, Dragon, Ice, Steel, and half of Normal were never done on b8. I have seen mostly favorable responses regarding redoing the Bug, Electric, Dragon, Ice, and Steel contests on b8, but I'd like to know what people's thoughts are on redoing Normal and Psychic. Although the Psychic contest is a b8 original, it turned out pretty lolworthy due to the excessive alt voting that was going on. The Normal contest was also affected by such alt voting, so we got results centered around one person's wishes, which should never happen in these contests. This, combined with the fact that Normal is "incomplete" as far as b8 is concerned, is why I believe both of these contests should be redone.
