well, I have SW3, but i haven't been able to play it yet because my brother has the Wii.

I remember I got SW1 back when it was new and I really didn't like it for some reason.

I REALLY wish SW3Z got a US release. No English dub would be fine! I'd pay full price for that game.

SW has a nice skil system and a good cast of characters. They usually tried things that wouldn't fit with DW, so if it feels different that's why. Being based around Japanese history is big, too!

Man, even with this OCEAN of characters to use, I still end up using almost exclusively Wei officers once I start power leveling. I feel bad for ignoring everyone else, but I can't help it that Wei is that awesome!

i've been using lianshi a lot because she's just so OP

it doesn't help that i have 3 gold abilities for her weapons >_>

but i've been trying to not use her because she kind of breaks the game, lol.

kai is actually a lot of fun. i'm not using zhenji as much, but that's just because i want to save her for later on. xiaoqiao is kind of interesting because her attacks aren't that great, but her EX attack does a lot of damage, so you have to actually kind of think about what you're doing with her.

it's going to take forever to get all these characters to S rank.

She was pretty meh in DW7, what's different? (Although really I've noticed a lot of people seem WAY better than in DW7 for no real reason)

her attack speed is faster, her arrows hit a wider range, and she can heal herself safely with her R1

Trying to decide who I want to turn into my first godly trio. I've settled on Sima Yi and Xiahou Dun, but I need a third and I'm trying not to make it anyone from Wei, to be fair to the rest of these characters. >_>
Maybe I should use a Samurai character or a mystic.

I just calculated that I have spent $50 on DW7/7XL DLC. I will probably spend another $21 for all of the fairytale costumes, and then $2 more for the two remaining weapons (boomerang and ringblade).

I got DW7 and 7XL used from Gamefly, $22 and $26 respectively (hooray promo codes for $12 off 7XL!). That means I've spent 22 + 26 + 50 = $98 dollars on DW7 so far. I guess that's not so bad, considering that if I had gotten both games new, that would have been $100 and tax to begin with. But then I'll be getting the remaining DLC, so that's $121, just for DW7.

AND THEN I bought WO3.

...Koei has me figured out. DW7 is probably one of my favorite games of all time, though, and I like supporting Koei since they really do seem to be doing their best to make sure we get everything Japan does.
