I love food and everything, but for some reason I just don't seem to get 'hungry' very often lately. Even though I've been running more too. Through a combination of laziness and lack of desire I just don't eat very often anymore.

This week I ate dinner on Monday, lunch on Tuesday, nothing on Wednesday, and now lunch today. I rarely if ever eat three meals a day and two isn't the norm either.

I am well aware that is massively unhealthy, but I don't know what to do besides 'eat even though I don't feel like it.'

A few years ago when I used to babysit everyday, all I did was watch them but never ate since I didn't want to go through the cupboards to find something I was allowed to eat. Plus there was only enough for the two kids to eat when I made their meals.

Eating, just like weight is a bell-curve thing. Some people are literally addicted to food and become paralyzed without it. On the opposite strand, there are people like you.

After I lost my job I started eating three or four meals a day, with multiple portions. But I didn't gain much weight, I'm told it's because of my families history of high-metabolism that I only around a 130 lbs.

Size is the biggest thing for me. A large lunch will be enough until the next day, but a reasonable one like a hero will work for one more meal. Usually around midnight.

what does that have to do with anything? eating large portions is literally the opposite of what I do. eating few, large meals consisting of fast food or melted cheese on a plate is what fat people do.

Question for you not eating folks, are you drinking stuff throughout the day other than water? At least then you'll be getting calories. Also do you take any vitamins or anything?

But uh yeah, hunger is an interesting thing, but ya gotta eat. I calorie count because if not I'd eat more than I need, but maybe try calorie counting just to make sure you at least eat like 1200 a day minimum.

But yeah, there's 110 calories in a cup (small measuring cup) of orange juice. Your average glass of OJ is at least 220 calories. If you're drinking a few beverages or more with those kinda calories per day at least, ha well that could help explain why you're not dead. Solid foods aren't the only ones with calories and nutrients.

Needless to say, soda has a lotta calories, though not nutritious. So I wouldn't be surprised if you're getting 1500 or more calories a day anyway.

Anyways, if you're subsisting on just cola as a board 8 doctor I recommend throwing some juice and other nutritious drinks inere.

I have a really weird sleep cycle where I'll wake up at 6 AM and go to bed at 8 PM for a couple weeks, then it'll quickly shift to waking up at 4 PM and going to bed at 6 AM (And the actual times vary, of course, but these are recent examples). There's generally a period of a couple days in-between these cycles where I won't sleep at all.

How often I eat tends to go by my current cycle. If I'm waking up early, I tend to eat 3 times a day. If I'm waking up late, I eat two times a day. If I'm up 24+ hours, I kind of lose track of which day I'm eating for.

I knew I wasn't the only one, but I'm glad someone else I can communicate with has the same problem.

The job I've had the last couple of years has been one I can work around this with, but I'm going to be leaving it soon, so I'm kind of worried about how it will effect me when I get a new one. Hopefully not too negatively!

I used to have a problem where I would literally vomit if I woke up earlier than my body wanted me to. That doesn't seem to happen any more, luckily.

I went through a period where I didn't eat like AT ALL throughout the week due to school full time/working full time/being SUPER busy, but then on weekends I'd eat a ridiculous amount and catch up ha.

I mean most animals don't eat three meals a day. I think it's healthier to eat like you do, as long as it's healthy foods and you're making sure to get enough of what you need blahblahblah
