Zero's pretty damn good but I don't think he's broken tier. Wesker either for that matter. As far as fighters go they're a pretty tame top tier.
Zero's at least enjoyable to watch because there's a lot of execution skill there. Wesker is more that his stats are just too beefy. I actively root against Weskers but I'm not that way for Zero yet. -- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! ... Copied to Clipboard!

Zero's not the best character in the game, but you could make an argument for the best point.
Zero's main weakness is that, while he's a good character, he's really only good for himself. He contributes very little to the team. His DHCs are awkward going in and out. His assists are absolutely terrible. And yet, he's reliant on assists to maximize his damage and make his mix-ups meaningful. The most he does for his team is build meter like a madman, but he pisses that away just to finish an opponent off. Wesker can go on literally any team and perform well. Zero needs a team built around him. I think it's fairly obvious who's "better." -- I like how each new topic you make reveals such varied facets of your idiocy. - foolmo [NO BARKLEY NO PEACE] ...
