The PC port is awful. If you're going to play it, play it on a console. Saints Row 3 PC is fine, though.

For what it's worth, I've never had any problems with the PC version of SR2. My comp was near-top quality back in 2009, though, so that might've made a difference.

I haven't played The Third but it seems way too over the top for my tastes. Like those cheats in GTA games but it's actual gameplay. It's fun for a while but it gets boring quickly

I thought the same thing - I was not impressed by any trailers while everyone else was all OMG SO HYPEEE. Then they got it and were all OMG SO INCREDIBLEEE.

also the dlc kinda sucks but gangstas in space looks like a move in the right direction

Alright, got Saints Row 2 running stable and smooth. It's nowhere near as bad as people have been making it out to be (once it's patched up, that is).

I would have paid 3.75 for this character creator alone~

SR2 is great fun, still. There's some things in 2 that you can't really do in 3, or that they toned down in 3.

Insurance Fraud is so much better in 2.

My biggest problem with The Third is the fact that the car engine noises reset after like six seconds. You go through your gears all fast, and then the car is still accelerating, and it just goes back to the sound it made for first. I understand that's seriously minor, but it made me stop playing for awhile and now, when I do play it, I turn off the volume. Which is a shame.

But either way, SR2 = one of the best games evar
