Hideyoshi comes up with a strange theory that seems to indicate that whoever had "hidden" the bodies here actually wanted them to be found. . . Based on the fact that they drew such strange grafitti on the place and even returned the key so it could be opened freely. I'm kinda surprised nobody is suspecting Kanon at this point. . .

Kanon is not guilty. He firmly believes in the existence of the witch, and we even get a scene from his point of view where he has a showdown with the culprit where he obviously doesn't know who it is. This excludes him not only from suspicion of being the culprit, but also from working with the culprit. . . Which a lot of people are not immune to.
Krauss, Shannon, Gohda, Eva, and Hideyoshi are most likely not guilty. They are the ones whose faces you can clearly see after they have been killed. - Doctor Nanjo is almost certainly working with the culprit. This is because my main theory relies on the use of the guilty party faking their own death, which Nanjo has to be on the scene to confirm. On several occasions he's also the one who suggests for them not to search the crime scene and leave as quickly as possible without gathering any evidence.
