Although, now that I think about it, having a game starring Big Boss where you get back into FOXHOUND, lead your soldier country secretly, and find time to traumatize Liquid during his formative years could be fun. The best part would be Big Boss, dead serious, explaining the concept of flawed recessive genes to Liquid.

An MG2 remake is the only thing I really want to see them do. Well, a globetrotting Snake/Otacon game beween MGS and MGS2 could be amazing as well, but it'd be much harder to pull off.

Who knew the Rivalry Rumble would be so predictable? SuperNiceDog, that's who.

this sounds amazing
Also, we could have a scene where this conversation happens.
Ocelot: Big Boss, why did you lie to Liquid about basic genetics? Big Boss: I want to see if he bothers to check out what I claimed using an unbiased third party source. If he does, then he'll be worthy to be my successor.
And then never mention it again.

They're already making MGR, you realize. They plan to top it with REVEANGANING.

I don't normally clamor for remakes, but yes, a MG1 and MG:SS remake would in fact be the greatest game of all time. Bring the series around full circle, see everything from Big Boss's point of view.
When people suggest that MG1/2 be remade from Big Boss's perspective I'm curious how they would go about that. Just remaking them alone would be cool, but it would be difficult to switch the perspective.

Yeah, when I mean "see it from Big Boss's perspective" I don't mean "play as Big Boss." I still think you should play as Snake and Big Boss should be treated as the "villain." I just mean that after Peace Walker and the rest of the series, the player would be able to see the conflict from another point of view.
The stunning adventures of Big Boss hanging out in some room, radioing Snake with misleading crap. "Yeah, go in that room over there. It certainly isn't full of death traps. Tee hee."
