I don't pay great attention to the T2 metagame but I don't believe DA is significantly stronger than M12 or Innistrad. And I'm pretty sure M12 has the best set of mythics overall, though it probably doesn't have the most expensive one.

Flip cards are completely separate from the usual layout of a booster pack, so you can get a mythic flip card and a mythic other card no problem. If you're talking about something else... well, i got nothing.
