The Official Topic of Your 2011-2012 NFL Champions

Welcome, fans of championship football! It's been one exciting year, and tomorrow we put the cherry on top of another fantastic season! Who would have thought a little over a decade ago that we were one day away from solidifying our team as the greatest dynasty in NFL history? Yeah, there have been other great dynasties with similar accomplishments, but not against this level of competition, and they definitely did not have to deal with all the constraints and restrictions that the Goodell administration has poisoned the league with. It's no question...if we win tomorrow, we are the greatest of all time.

What are your predictions regarding the game?

MVP: Rob "Willis Reed" Gronkowski
Score: A 28-13 Patriots victory
Storyline: After a close first half, Gronk proves the doubters wrong by breaking the game open with two quick TD's to start the 3rd quarter.

See you all in Disney World!

MVP: Vince Wilfork (The big man's gonna get a safety, and also an interception and a fumble recovery, both of which he will return for TDs. The pick will be an end zone pick so he'll have to chug 100 yards with it, which he will be able to do thanks to incredible blocking) >_>

MVP: Tom Brady (duh)
Score: 31-21 Patriots
Storyline: The Law Firm gets shut down early by the Giants D-Line, but out of the shadows emerges DANNY WOODHEAD who runs for a long TD in the 2nd quarter. TFB (Tom ****ing Brady) does his thing, White Wes gets double digit receptions, Gronk and Branch get a TD each, Patriots much improved defense plays pretty well.

GO PATS!

MVP: Tom Brady
Score: 30-17, Patriots
Storyline: Tom Brady scores early and often. Meanwhile the Patriots defense plays with a chip on their shoulder and holds Victor Cruz to one explosive play and Eli to one TD pass. The "rematch of the decade" doesn't live up to the hype when Eli fumbles in the 3rd quarter and has a tipped ball interception late in the fourth, leading to another Pat's TD.

Bill Belechick gets a well deserved Gatorade bath because his game plan was outstanding.

Simple, the whole country got on this whole Patriotic USA USA kick (which is a good thing) and the NFL decided to cash in on that.

Ad to the fact they had a nothing underdog QB with good looks and you get the 2002 playoffs, where the Pats* did not win on legit game. Culminating in the Patriots, the underdog plucky USA team, meeting the big evil Juggernaut Rams in the Superbowl. And because in any fair game, the Rams win by 25 or so, we got the worst called Superbowl ever.

Oh okay that does make sense. I thought you were gonna try and stretch it by saying the Pats were like the adopted NYC team or something but that explanation is much better
