I can't even beat Nightmare at normal in Arcade Mode.

Like he does this stupid attack that pins me to the ground with his sword then it explodes and it removes all my health and then when I attack him he sends this huge shockwave and crap and when I try defending he just freaking launch me in the air.

What am I supposed to do D:

I really hate his shockwave attack though, like I wail on him as he starts it up and it's not interrupted.

It's like **** you!

I raped his **** once I figured out how to use my orb though (well more than basic triangle spam can do).

Gotta get better at reading mixups and doing your own. Always a lot of little things you have to get used to with Soul Calibur that are small but make a world of difference. Such as effective sidestepping.

But yea, this games AI is brutal at times.

Aaaah yeah, fought against some dude online who had 72% wins with like 92 wins and I don't know how many lost.

I came with my 2W-5L and I freaking won in 5 rounds.

Best freaking feeling ever I feel like a boss.

SCV has one of the better training modes with this pop up boxes with move and combo tips

You can set the training dummy to guard in the middle of your combo. Just switch it to Combo mode, or change Movement 2 to Stand - All Guard. For the record, Movement 2 is what they do after you hit them.

Also, you can playback the 5 built in combos to see if you're doing them right.
