Ash's Pikachu
Probably the most famous and bull**** Pikachu in existence, this pikachu has both taken down an Onix and lost to a Magikarp. Its signature attacks are the Thunder line (ThunderShock/Bolt and Thunder), which involves Pikachu expelling copious amounts of electricity from its cheeks, Volt Tackle, which is Pikachu emitting a large electric aura and charging at the target, and Electro Ball, which is an electric orb fired at the target. It's also capable of using Quick Attack, Iron Tail, and a few other moves.
VERSUS
Nova
Nova is an assassin in Space Sector 2814 who is skilled with a variety of weapons that are similar to ones found on earth (Both melee and firearms), and is a capable hand-to-hand fighter. He has fought with the Green Lanturn on a few occasions, though never did manage to win. In spite of not being able to overcome magic-bull**** rings, he is still a skilled fighter, capable of at least keeping up with said Green Lanturn for a while (I think, I'm basing this off of a goddamn wiki article <_<), and is still a skilled fighter by any definition
