In the Car Crusher stage, a bug that caused made it impossible to advance has been fixed.

Against specific characters, a bug that caused Juri to pass through her opponents when they were hit at point blank range with close standing medium punch has been fixed.

Against specific characters, a bug that caused Dee Jay to pass through his opponents when executing close standing heavy kick super canceled into heavy Sobat Carnival has been fixed.

Against Sagat, a bug that caused Cody’s EX Bad Stone to miss when Focus Attack Lv. 3 -> Dash -> EX Bad Stone was performed has been fixed.

In SSFIV AE, a bug where Dudley’s Step Straight caused an opponent’s hit animation to not operate as expected has been fixed.

I have a suspicion that I'd hate Rufus if I ever had to play one but I haven't had to play one yet, so for now he is safe.

I also regard Abel with a lot of skepticism but he's another I don't have enough experience against to say for sure.

Definitely! Actually I may have some time tonight, and probably a bunch of time this week if not.

I played some guy on XBL today named ColonelPUMP who beat me using Seth, then decided to send some hatemail after winning. I can understand getting mad after a loss, but why would you be after winning? Searching google I find on forums that he was doing the same thing back in 2010.

Otherwise I had fun in SSF4. I beat a Zangief and a Sagat in the top ten for their character, and some other guy who was pretty high with his character too.

dude was throwing fullscreen fireballs with Akuma in 3S, and was obviously not very good at the game

and our lag was so awful I could not parry any of them

so I lost and I was like "fine whatever, online sucks" then he messaged me and was like "hey could we meet up in a private room, I wanna get my win streak achievement"

so I've got a pretty humorous match illustrating my being terrible at stick

uploaded to youtube but not showing up, and the last video from the 3SOE 360 channel is a week old. hope it gets to the internet some day, it's not as funny if I describe it.

well my friend and I both suck at stick but we've been playing a bunch of matches hoping to get good at it some day. my friend dropped an aegis right in front of me in the corner, and I activated Ryu's SA1 directly into it. came back and whacked me in the face. I did not mean to activate super there. It would've been a poor decision.

was that a funny story? no. damn you capcom.

I feel really out of control when I use my stick. I'm so used to a controller that my hands just don't have the muscle memory to respond quickly and accurately. I could probably spend a week getting used to it, but it's pretty frustrating!

yeah same. maybe at some point it will all have been worth it but at this point my friend and I just suck. we've been playing 3S for a good while but it's like starting back when we first started playing because we can't execute anything. stuff that hasn't worked between us for a long while is suddenly viable again. it's frustrating playing that way because the whole time you're like "I could've stopped that/pulled that out on pad."

I'm thinking it won't be as bad when we get back around to SF4 though. I was never great at that game anyway, so there's not too much ground to make up!
