Last Time: I had to think about it for a good two days because it was so close, but in the end I had to tiebreak the last match. The winner Shukurou Tsukishima with a final score of 4-3. Freddy's arguments almost convinced me.

Megatron
Originally, Megatron was able to transform into a Walther P38, delivering more focused energy blasts. He can shrink and reduce his mass as he transforms, assuming sizes that comfortably allow either another Transformer or even a human being to wield him. In one instance he retained his full size and connected to jet-mode Starscream's underside.
His imposing robot form is dominated by his primary weapon - his arm-mounted fusion cannon, capable of leveling a city block in one blast. He can also sub-dimensionally link the weapon to a black hole, generating even more powerful antimatter blasts. However, this ability is almost never used, as it leaves him extremely weak and vulnerable.
He has a secondary weapon barrel mounted on his back, and can retract and replace his right hand with an energy flail. He can fire electrical blasts from his hands, laser blasts from his eyes on at least one occasion and can reprogram computers with a port in his head. He has proven to be impervious to mind control in some instances. He also wields an energon morning star on rare occasions. According to his original tech spec, Megatron has no known weaknesses. This does not, however, spare him from defeat at the hands of his enemies.
VERSUS
Setsuna F. Seiei is from the Gundam 00 series. He's both an Innovator and partially an ELS, allowing him the abilities to read minds, precog, and superhuman durability. His precog has allowed him to surprise others with precog as well, and these mental powers are further enhanced by his mech, the Quan[T], due to its focus on his abilities as an Innovator. The Quan[T] is the sequel to the 00-Raiser and greatly exceeds the 00 Raiser's capabilities to the point where it was estimated that it could have defeated the entirety of the ELS in a week, while similar mechs to the 00 Raiser, Earth's military, and the rest of Celestial Being would have been (and were being) easily massacred.
Its capabilities include both short and long range teleportation, the former of which is seen in in the Raise as instantaneous and fooled multiple opponents (including those with precog) into attacking where the mech used to be as it left behind a 'shadow" where the original was. The Quan[T] has 6 bits which are controlled by Setsuna. These bits can be used to fire homing projectiles, create an energy shield, portal for long range teleportation, can double as energy swords, or combine to either buster rifles or swords, of which the size depends based on the amount of bits used. With all 6, a huge rifle firing enormous shots or a moon-sized beam saber can be made. The mech also can create a GN Shield (an "energy shield") to protect itself. There is also a small VEDA terminal on-board which can provide him feedback, information, better awareness, and sort out his thoughts if he's mind reading too much information.
