Vote from 0-10, use 5 as an average, decimals are okay. - Don't be lame and use alts or anything like that. - Only vote if you've played enough of the respective game to have a good feel for the character. This if of course subjective for the character so you'll have to use your own judgment. But if you played fifteen minutes of the game once, you probably don't know the character well enough. - Nominations are closed
Reno did rather well, better then Cid Highwind, Rufus or Cloud, can't say I expected that.

When you've got a pretty-boy monkey on your back constantly calling you a puppet, you hardly want to seem like you're happy to be used. - DSakaCharanJ
The evil twin thing has been done too many times before already and Gabranth doesn't bring much new to the table. Except for sexiness. He is quite dashing, but that alone only gets him a couple bonus points in my book.

They put him on the cover of the game, chose him to represent the game in Dissidia, he killed the tutorial character and the king, you fight him twice as a boss and fight the final villain alongside him. You sure you don't remember him?

he's just kind of there but okay when he is. Put him in a better game with more screen time, and he's probably way more awesome. FF12 just didn't really have a focal point.

From: Lopen | #012 Eh FFXII's plot is pretty forgettable there's nothing wrong with not remembering Gabranth very well. He could just really like the gameplay.
It'd be like saying you really like FFVIII and not remembering who Seifer was, honestly.

"Why must we always choose between certain death and probable death?" "I'm in an epic battle to the death, FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF!"
Roles aren't really relevant, because FFXII doesn't care nearly as much about its characters or plot.
It'd be like saying not remembering the Emperor from FFII's role is similar to not knowing who Sephiroth is because they're both the primary antagonist of the games.
-- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love!
Well, if you're one of those freaks out there who claims to love FFII, I would think you'd know who the main villain is! If you don't care about FFII, sure.

yellowwolley posted... Did some of the Cids go missing from the list?
All of them that got less than nine votes were removed.
Makes sense I guess. Can't have some random Cid only one person knew/cared enough about to rank dominating the top of the list. Dr. Cid's eight votes should've been enough though! >_<

I felt it would seem baised to make 8 the cutoff point, considered he got rather high with them. Looking at this poll, I'd say i was right.
