Does anyone have any advice? There is this c*** at the hospital probably 8 years older than me that is constantly harassing me at work. No matter what I do, she comes to find me to complain about something. She's extremely rude, having even screamed at me in front of patients and coworkers a few times. She is a nurse, so she is "higher up" than me as a tech. However, I do not report to her and she can do nothing about my job. The charge nurse is the boss of both of us. Obviously I am there to help the nurses so she has a limited amount of control over what I do.
Basically, how do I get this b**** off my case/make her cry/get revenge without it being considered sexual harassment or getting me fired?
I have been tempted by the back of my hand, but that would definitely get me fired/arrested. Not to mention I don't hit women, even if they are colossal c***s.
I don't want to do anything sexual with her, she's ugly as sin.
However, buttering the floor might work. If she gets injured and put on worker's comp, I wouldn't have to deal with her anymore.
File a complaint of some sort to the charge nurse and/or pull the charge nurse aside some day and bring up the issue to her if you know her beyond her just being your boss.
In that case just endlessly berate her verbally but jovially so that she thinks you're joking but really she is hurt emotionally and after a while of constantly doing this she will avoid all encounters with you

Seems like the kind of workplace that would side with her. Turn on your phone's recorder, keep it in a front pocket or in your hand, and get her recorded being a ****.

take that to such an extreme that you literally do not acknowledge her presence when she is in the same room as you. The worst she can do is report you for completely ignoring her, to which you can simply say "she was creating a hostile work environment so I was ignoring her for the sake of negating such hostility while doing my job to the best of my ability and not letting her negatively affect my performance with her negative attitude"

Keep a recorder on you. Next time she starts trying to yell and scream at you for stupid stuff, tell her you're going to record it and give it to one of the higher ups unless she stops.
I've already talked to the charge nurse, who unfortunately is really good friends with her. It didn't get worse, so I guess she kept it confidential, but she definitely didn't do anything about it. I guess the next step is going to her boss, who I feel would take it more seriously.

The recording idea is pretty good, I might try that out if I'm able to sense one of her explosions about to come.

damn. Well, I'm all about beating the s*** out of people at their own game. I don't know how you could go about doing that in this case because I'm drunk and I don't know much about medical stuff... but I would suggest finding away to absolutely destroy her at her own game. I'm sure you've already thought of that and perhaps it seemed impossible but dude... that's gotta be the way to go. If she's a raging c***, find some way to out-raging-c*** her that exposes her while making you look awesome. That may be completely unrealistic, but as a drunk bro who is within an hour of having serious trouble staying awake >_>, that's the best advice I can realistically come up with
