~~~Rules and Regulations~~~ -The rapper listed first goes first. -Each rapper must spit a pair of 12 line verses, alternating Rapper A-Rapper B-Rapper A-Rapper b. -The first rapper has 24 hours from this post to post their first 12 lines. The second rapper then has 24 hours from the first rapper's post to post their own rap. From there another 24 hours for Rapper A, and from there another 24 hours for rapper B. -After the final verse has been posted, there will be a 36 hour voting period. -You can’t vote on your own match. -As always, keep the player hatin' to a minimum. -Extensions may be allowed on a discretionary basis. -In case of a tie at the end of the voting period, there will be a tiebreaker round. A new topic will be posted with the 2 raps from each rapper, and each rapper will then be allowed to spit a further 12 line verse, in the same alternating order, followed by another round of voting.

I don't see how he had better rhymes in the first verse considering he didn't have a single multiple or internal rhyme, and mine was chock full of them.

also, this is sort of implying that we should just keep things as simple as possible so people won't get confused reading it. That's really not my writing style. I'm not gonna go out of my way to keep my verses basic so people won't accuse me of having a bad flow, I can sit here and spit it out loud to myself and it's perfectly fine.
I liked the words of the rhymes better, not necessarily the frequencies of the rhymes. Your rhymes felt more elementary, if that makes sense. Not in the sense of the style of the rhyme, just with the words that rhymed.
And yeah, I like spits that have more consistent natural accents, but audio raps are cool when they change the natural accent of a word around to make it flow better.

once again, I don't see how multiple syllable rhymes are more "elementary" than single ones, but whatever.
If you prefer the lyrical content itself, that's one thing, and it's entirely subjective, but to say his actual rhymes were better than mine is pretty much factually wrong.

Neither of these were outlandishly good, but they were both very enjoyable. Mer had better disses and more multis though, so that makes him the comfortable winner IMO.
