Him and his parents were neighbors to my mom and dad, my sister and his older sister were friends. I later met them and his family when I was like 4, we however moved to a different part of town so I was never neighbors with the guy.

Anyway here is a petition their family is sending out(I'm assuming, I got the link from my sister).
