Lopen 01/09/12 1:46:00 PM #3:	Ken has the flaming shoryuken, and that combined with his normals which have diverged pretty significantly from Ryu makes him play a more aggressive style Ryu's got better fireballs and the thrust kick special move And yeah their supers are completely different Then yeah, the characters. Ryu's basically 100% focused on the training and the fight and crap. Also he's got the DARK HADOU thing. Ken has a lot less discipline and has a life, and is a lot less serious and more bold/cocky in general. -- I tried to have a fierce rivalry with SuperNiceDog, but he made me look worse than a GameFAQs Contest! <cite>Lopen posted [p:647145] in Clonez - P... Ken has the flaming shoryuken, and that combined with his normals which have diverged pretty significantly from Ryu makes him play a more aggressive style
Ryu's got better fireballs and the thrust kick special move
And yeah their supers are completely different

Then yeah, the characters. Ryu's basically 100% focused on the training and the fight and crap. Also he's got the DARK HADOU thing. Ken has a lot less discipline and has a life, and is a lot less serious and more bold/cocky in general.

Well, some people would argue that having slightly different properties with their special moves doesn't distinguish them enough not to be "clones." I'm not one of those people, but nobody can argue that they're still clones after Super Turbo.

Ryu's more about simple but strong moves and Ken's more about reckless but higher combo and offense potentinal.
