Oh man, I've wanted a food processor forever! I nearly got one in November but by the time I got to Sears they were sold out.

Come to think of it, my wife's laptop has a camera on it, I wasn't even thinking about that. I could have set it up to film the whole thing.

So now that we've tried the Dough Hook and discovered that it works wonderfully, what shall we do with the Whisk attachment or Paddle mixer tomorrow?

Shall i whip some egg whites to Stiff Peaks?

Should I bake a Cake?

We've rolled it out


And then we sliced it up, stacked it up sliced it again and popped the pieces into our greased Muffin Pan



Waiting 45 minutes or till they have doubled in size again and then we bake!

Not in the Kitchenaid, but I'm gunna make a Slow Cooker Chili today (The Slow Cooker is also a new piece of equipment I never had before, or even growing up, that I love)

With the Kitchenaid I will be making a batch of Chocolate Chip Cookies. Doesn't necessarily need to be done in the Kitchenaid Mixer but hell, I've got it so why not make my life a little easier?

The kitchen has been growing ever smaller since the addition of all these appliances (one day i'll have an hour which is one giant kitchen with a corner for a bed.) So i dunno about setting up the laptop but i'll definitely take pictures of everything for you Nio.

Chopped Veg & Seasonings


Cooked down Veg, Seasonings & Browned Meat


Added Diced and Pureed Tomatoes, simmered for a bit and then poured into Crock Pot where it will stay for 6-7 hours (at which point we'll have to add the beans)

Was going to go with Ground Turkey because its better for you and you really can't tell the difference, at least I can't, but I was in a Beef mood. So Beef it was.

Contemplating now whether I really want to make that batch of cookies or if I want to play Zelda.

Nio, if i thought for one second that I'd be able to properly ship you a container of chili, I would. I have 3 containers in the Freezer and one in the fridge. Gunna be having a Chili probably twice or thrice a month for the next 3 months and there aint nothing wrong with that.

That is the first appetizing looking chili I've ever seen.

It's also the first chili without any obvious beans.

The chili in the crock pot cooked for 6 hours before the beans got added in the final hour. So obviously no beans in the picture since there are no beans :)
