There's voice acting, four extra bosses during the original week, and four new endings on the eight day to expand the story.
It depends if that's enough to buy it (I have both and have beaten both, so it was enough for me)

Overclocked seems to be a vast improvement, with lots of new content. I haven't played either version due to my European-ness, but from what I hear it's worth it.

though I haven't played Ace Combat 3D or Shadow Wars much yet since I got them yesterday

Pushmo's downloadable, but I'd say it's tied with SM3DL imho



3DS has really picked up since November, and it seems to be continuing its awesomeness with a bunch of stuff in February: REvelations, TotA, Tekken 3D, CRUSH3D, and Rhythm Thief all come out in that month.
