Ok, Vincent looking cool in front of dead... Hojo I think. I'll be honest I don't really have the strongest recollection of what the story was in FF7. I know there's Lucretia who was Vincent's mother. She was in love with Sephiroth and then they had Vincent. I don't know why he's a vampire though

I think this is supposed to be Midgar in 3D? I don't remember it having castle walls though. Maybe it's someplace else.

Anyway the controls are pretty nifty. There should be an instant turn-around button but I honestly thought it'd be worse. This has a good chance of not being a bad game I think, if the gameplay can save it.

Ohh it's Kalm. My bad then. I still don't remember Kalm having castle walls or being this big, but then again all I remember from Kalm is that one pre-rendered background >_>

A rescue mission where I gotta save the civilians! This feels like an arcade game. Seriously didn't House of the Dead have these exact same shoot before they kill the hostage things?

And you can melee people. Considering there's limited bullets I better start using that often.

Vincent has to go meet Reeve at the center of Kalm, why I don't know. Reeve if I recall correctly was a man from Turk that you never fight ever, you only see him hanging out at Shinra. And then he has a change of heart and helps Cloud. I could be wrong...

This is definitely an improvement. Game doesn't seem that hard anyway but we'll see.

CARDKEYS! Cardkeys are fun. Well it can't be that bad unless it turns all Metroid with cardkey backtracking. Then again that doesn't sound that bad. Duke Nukem was fun.

Ok there's the bad guys. Big buff guy and small weak girl. They're both blue. And they must be important to the plot, because they have force fields. Ha ha Azul, get it? That's spanish. For blue!

And then Reeve shows up. I totally don't remember Reeve being like that. And they shoot Reeve but it was just a robot with the cat part of Cait Sith. And Cait Sith is ...irish? What the hell.

Let's go get that pot o' gold, Vince ol' bloke!
