Mario's storyline is typical unexpected knight saves princess. go watch shrek, idc. But Red v Blue(not the halo machinima you nerds) involves a boy who goes on a life changing adventure to prove to his father he isn't worthless by becoming a pokemon master. What material came from marios anime, that isn't youtube poop? So yeah, continuing with the story, red goes on kooky adventures with his 2 best friends, and his trusty pikachu. Along the way he battles with Blue periodically. in the end his father turns out to be giovanni, who dies at the hands of mewtwo. mewtwo clones red, along with several pokemon, and the real red manages to defeat mewtwo with pikachu on charizards back or something. Then, without a father to prove, red settles in a cave with the real versions of his greatest pokemon with the addition of espeon, and his clone continues his journey with his 2 naive friends throughout the later regions.
