Cloud/Sephiroth obviously. 77% on Kratos/Zeus is a lot more impressive than 77% on Sarah/Jim. I would be very surprised if Cloud/Sephiroth doesn't win by at least 55%.

I have red blue winning the whole thing so...sure.

Anyways, I'd still say Cloud/Sephiroth, but Trainers winning wouldn't surprise me too much.

It would depend on how close Link/Cloud and Mario/Trainers is, but I'd still go with Cloud because I don't really think the Trainers are on the level with the Big Three of this contest. They're this contest's version of Smash Bros. from the Series Contest: Strong enough to beat anything else with relative ease but not strong enough to touch the top 3.

Leon's got it right. This is series contest all over again - Link wins, Cloud gets 2nd, Mario is a whole is beloved but he still isn't Clinkeroth so he gets #3, Red/Blue are #4 just by being strong but they aren't FF7 or OoT or a decades-long series.

I wouldn't take the smash series to beat MEtroid/Pokemon/Metal Gear.

Smash games are uber strong but the series is just basically 2-3 games.

Eh, it's not that much bigger. 58% on Sonic vs. 60% on the Fighters/Samus, and there wasn't gonna be too much a lot stronger than either one.

Also, just for fun:

Currently, Big Boss/The Boss is projected to get 36.80% on the Trainers. Solid/Liquid got 37.88% on Cloud/Sephiroth.

If you assume that there's any SFF here between Trainers/Samus, that Bosses percentage gets bigger.

How close do we want to argue the Bosses are to the Snakes?
