I'm trying to help my dad by finding court records of his divorce but I'm having no luck.

Actually if you look to the right-side of that site, it does leave links to ACTUAL court documents. (since that actually helps fund the site)
So try those.

Depends on what state you are in and when the divorce took place.

Some states, like wisconsin, have circuit court access from online, but getting actual legit copies requires you to contact the Wisconsin Vital Records department.

I'd search for (your state) vital records in google.
