Kind of an abstract question, but I'm gonna go with freedom because freedoms are good within reason while equality can have sinister implications depending on how far you take it.

Well, actually anarchy has both, according to Thomas Hobbes, but I'm sure you know what else he has to say about it. Maybe add in security, but if you pick that over the other two, Ben Franklin would like a word with you.

Yeah, with freedom, you are responsible for your own security, doesn't work the other way around
