Eh, the guy had been provoking nearly everyone, I was the 1st one to actually do something about it.

It's easy the 1st time to get away with. Especially in the interview when you know what to say. Even the guy who I gave a 3rd eyeball to got a warning to quit his verbal BS.

I worked with this guy for like three years that everyone hated. Seriously, this guy just drove everyone up the wall, and is the only person that has ever worked there (I've been there since the beginning) that has been universally hated by the rest of the employees. I think nearly everyone there would have loved to ram his head into the counter.

And of course he got fired a year ago this month, for something that, while a terminable offense, anybody else there would have gotten a slap on the wrist for, but because he drove everyone bananas on a daily basis, they used it as their excuse to get rid of him.
