Tough to pick a favorite. Maybe the one where they rip into the Nostalgia Critic? Maybe Super Bummerman.

As for just riffing on games, either Earnest Goes to Anime or the Jurassic Park one, as both are bats*** insane and the guys do a great job going along with the crazy, crazy ride.

I honestly think Darkseed 2 is so long that we develop a bit of Stockholm syndrome with it. It's like it we are stuck with it for so long that absolutely anything it does becomes hilarious.

Stockholm syndrome PERFECTLY describes what happens with Darkseed II. I mean, it is f***ing boring as hell and pretty much every part of it is completely stupid, but it turns into almost sort of an overly long joke. Darkseed II gets really funny the more Mike Dawson becomes characterized as this hilariously pathetic loser and you grow to love/hate him for it, and the whole experience of Darkseed II just turns into one big meme for everyone brave enough to sit through it. It would be impossible to watch without Slowbeef and Diabetus grounding us in reality though.

The new longplay is off to a good start.

I haven't watched their channel in a loong while so I haven't seen a lot of their new longer stuff (aside from Earnest Goes to Anime, which was great).

I will say though that I'm a big fan of Let's Watch Mega Man, even though it doesn't really count as a Retsupurae.

I've only just started watching these things, but the Zelda (LttP) one I watched just now was hilarious. Terrible framerate on the video, LPer wittering on about unrelated crap while being amazingly bad at the game, and spending a minute trying to make it look like Link was humping Zelda. All with hilarious commentary.

And the infamous Gaming in the Clinton Years where the guy suggested Eidos make a Tomb Raider game where Lara gets breast cancer. Just the "Oh my god he's serious!" from Diabeetus and Slowbeef was amazing.

Ah yeah. This and the other early ALttP RP cracks me up. This one is great and the other one...man, the fact that they could do those voices the entire time just makes me laugh. Those two are really good for the beginning stuff.
