I know a few of you expected Dick Solomon to make it far into the contest, but personally, I didn't think that was gonna be the case - I didn't think him or Sheldon had much of a chance at making it far, and I figured it'd either be Lucy, Archie or Bill McNeal in the division finals. Looks like I was right about Sheldon, and very wrong about everyone else. Archie didn't even come close to beating him yesterday, only netting 40% of the vote - not only has Solomon made an underdog run to Round 4, he has a serious shot at beating Al Bundy next round.

You can only vote in one of the topics, though. 6) Matches will last no longer than 24 hours. 7) Even though the name of the contest is "Best Sitcom Character Ever," the contest's definition of "sitcom" is loose; characters from all primarily comedic scripted programs were eligible. So, my personal recommendation would be to vote for your favorite character in each match-up, regardless of whether they're from traditional sitcom programs or not - but of course, how you vote is up to you. :P
